We take the time to check every box. Our technicians carry out a no-nonsense, all-inclusive multipoint inspection on each used vehicle that is being considered for the Cooper Certified Pre-Owned program. Right amount of tire tread? Check. Impeccable interior appearance? Check. Engine components in correct working order? You bet. From the tires to the roof, we make sure that each mechanical, electrical and aesthetic part of the used vehicle is up to our high standards.
Reconditioning Process
If a used model does not meet our standards, we perform a reconditioning process before we inspect it again. If the vehicle requires a new part, we’ll order it and install it ourselves. If the model needs a fresh coat of wax, we’ll give it a wash and make sure it shines. Or if the seats have substantial wear, like tears, stains or grime, we give the used model a good cleaning before repairing the upholstery.

Before we approve a used vehicle, it must have a clean CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™. We set a limit on the number of owners, see if it has been involved in any accidents, check out the applicable service records and see if any applicable recalls need to be taken care of.
