vs 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe in Shawnee, OK
If you’re in the market for an SUV — and looking for the best of the best in performance, safety and technology — you’re probably already considering a Chevrolet. The 2023 Chevrolet Suburban and 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe are two of the most popular models on the SUV market, and for good reason. These massively capable, stylish and comfortable vehicles are built for daily life and once-in-a-lifetime trips alike. With impressive towing capability, enough room for the entire family and cargo space galore, either of these Chevrolet SUVs will make you want to start planning a road trip ASAP. However, which of these two SUVs is right for you? While they share many similarities and both contain the quality and reliability you expect from a Chevrolet, there are some key differences between them. Whether you should choose the Suburban or Tahoe truly depends on your specific needs, so take a look at the table below to learn about everything these models have to offer.

Let’s start with some of the differences between these vehicles’ capacities. The Suburban can seat up to nine passengers (with an optional front bench seat) while the Tahoe can seat up to eight. The Suburban also has more room for cargo, containing 144.7 cubic feet of cargo space with the second and third rows folded (but there’s nothing insignificant about the 122.9 cubic feet of cargo space you’d have in the Tahoe). In terms of total length, the Suburban is longer than the Tahoe by 15 inches, which is important to keep in mind if you’re planning for garage space. This size difference is reflected in the starting MSRP of the Suburban, which is a few thousand more than that of the Tahoe. However, if you’re planning to tow with your SUV, don’t miss the fact that the Tahoe can tow 100 more pounds than the Suburban — despite its smaller size.3,4 Finally, you can feel confident in choosing either one of these models since they both come with standard Chevy Safety Assist,5 a suite of features that help you stay alert and aware on the road, and available Super Cruise™ for hands-free driving assistance across 200,000 miles of compatible roads in the U.S. and Canada.
No matter which of these SUVs you choose, you’re sure to end up with a winner. We hope that the table above has helped you in your decision, but if you still have questions, feel free to drop by Joe Cooper Chevrolet Cadillac anytime. We’ll be happy to help you choose the right Chevrolet for you!
